Jen Maiorana  is a senior pursuing a dual-degree in Business Administration through Ross and Program in the Environment through LSA. She recently spent three months in Cambodia studying environmental ethics and development in addition to doing research on stakeholder participation in solid waste management policy. Jen is particularly interested in international environmental justice and utilizing triple bottom line in ethical innovation within emerging markets. Outside of the classroom she can be found exploring nature, painting murals, reading, writing, and practicing or teaching yoga. She is passionate about promoting mental health by connecting with others and practicing mindfulness.

Crede Strauser is a senior from Morgantown, West Virginia working towards his dual-degree in Business Administration and Spanish. He is passionate about behavioral economics and developing audience-appropriate strategies for communicating the global threat of climate change. After graduation, Crede seeks to continue bridging sustainability with business productivity through fields like green tech, energy innovation, mobility, or perhaps environmental risk analysis for corporations. When he's not knee deep in all of that, you can find him dabbling in photo editing and graphic design, crafting, and running/biking/hiking, etc.

Gillian Cobb  is a senior studying Business with a minor in the Environment. She is interested in exploring how finance and the capital markets intersect with social impact and sustainability, and hopes to pursue a career in impact investing one day. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, swimming, watching hockey and reading.

Jackie Spryshak is a junior pursuing a major in Business Administration and minors in Sustainability and Latin American and Caribbean Studies. She hopes to understand how the implementation of sustainable agricultural methods and community-focused development can lead to reaching the UN SDGs and create a healthier planet. Outside of classes, she loves yoga, field hockey, and tennis, being around plants, doing anything creative, and playing with dogs.

He is passionate about facilitating conversation and learning more about different cultures and backgrounds.

Gitika Deshmukh  is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. She believes business is a tool that should be leveraged to develop social and sustainable solutions in the world. The intersection of finance, social impact, and sustainability is one of her areas of interest. Outside of the classroom, she enjoyed playing musical instruments, like the ukulele and piano, eating sushi, and playing lacrosse. One quirky fact about Gitika is that she unconsciously doodles the Michigan M on all of her notes and exams.

She is passionate about creating new relationships by connecting the people around her and adores making others smile. She enjoys spending as much time outside as possible, yoga, eating chocolate covered strawberries, and watching BuzzFeed tasty videos.
